Art and Dessert

I finally got around to baking Peach Cobbler, I used this site's recipe:

It comes close to the one I tasted a few years ago, the first time I had a peach cobbler. I think I did something wrong, because the dough didn't look as translucent as the pictures on the site.

Anyway this upcoming month should be relatively stress-free so I'll try out some more recipes.

So you really think being "educated is a worthy end in itself"? I suppose it is...makes us less ignorant to the world and have certain values. I have to say I've learned a lot while in college that helped steer me through for the real world. Sometimes though it's questionable. Is it better off being educated or being ignorant? I'd take educated. I wouldn't be able to stand being the blinded one.

For me education/knowledge is one of the few things worthy in of itself. But the tricky part is not wincing when someone with less to offer is making more than you. It sure smarts.
